Social Support Worker – Keane Premier Group

The shift pattern varies and will require evenings, weekends, and potentially sleep‑overs or night shifts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Offering 1:1 support, helping clients with a range of complex needs
  • Supporting clients to attend college and clubs
  • Assisting clients in day-to-day activities of their choice
  • Encouraging the promotion of a healthy lifestyle
  • Participating in the implementation and monitoring of individual support plans
  • Providing support in all aspects of personal care
  • Carrying out housekeeping duties and day-to-day tasks
  • Assisting clients with managing finances
  • Utilising all communication methods to listen and talk to clients, promoting their wellbeing
  • Encouraging clients’ relationships with family, friends, and the wider community
  • Maintaining and promoting clients’ independence
  • Remaining mindful of adult protection issues and reporting accordingly
  • At all times, behaving in a culturally sensitive manner, respecting equality and diversity
Desirable Requirements
  • Driving licence
  • This post is subject to a PVG and two satisfactory references
