Hearing Aid Audiologist - Cumbria

Hidden Hearing (a leading private hearing healthcare provider) is looking for a HCPC qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist for the Cumbria area, based in the heart of the community and visiting patients in their own homes.

Salary and Benefits
  • Basic salary – £40,000 with OTE £55,000

Working Conditions

Permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, with some flexibility required to meet business needs. Diary coordination and managerial support available.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide & sell appropriate hearing solutions within specified time scales, in line with HCPC standards, BSHAA code of practice and guidelines.
  • Complete audiograms and customer records on the company’s CMS system accurately and sync daily.
  • Adhere to company working practices, including the standard consultation protocol.
  • Provide premium after‑sales service by responding to service calls, resolving problems or queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep knowledge and skills up‑to‑date with HCPC CPD requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Qualified HAD or Pre‑Registered HAD.
  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Member or willing to become a member of BSHAA.
  • IT skills sufficient for use of the company systems and audiometry equipment.
  • Strong time‑ and job‑management skills for a well‑planned workload.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • The role requires an Enhanced DBS check.
