We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade at a fantastic bistro restaurant focusing on locally sourced ingredients.

You will have previous experience at a minimum Junior Sous Chef level, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up and your background will be in fresh food restaurants.

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading the brigade.
• Supervise and mentoring junior chefs.
• Contribute creative input to seasonal menus.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
