A Chef de Partie is required for this 2AA Rosettes awarded gastro pub in beautiful Cumbria.

This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status.

The gastro pub offers British cuisine from an a la carte menu, focusing on local produce, including in-house butchery.

You must have experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen to be considered.
