Chef de Partie – AA Rosettes

A Chef de Partie is required in Cumbria for this fantastic fine dining restaurant that offers delectable seasonal tasting menus and has won numerous awards including multiple AA Rosettes.

This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.

All their produce is sourced locally from the excellent larder available on the doorstep, and only the finest ingredients are used.

• Temporary accommodation if required
• Excellent salary plus service charge
• 40 hour week with paid overtime
• 3 Days off per week

The recently renovated kitchen is of the highest spec, meaning you will be working in an exceptional environment within a talented brigade.

The Head Chef has a fantastic reputation and is looking to push the team on to further accolades.

• Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen
• Have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen, and should be experienced in running your own section
• Be an eager Chef de Partie who is looking to settle into a role where they can develop their culinary techniques and progress within the kitchen
