This firm is currently led by a dedicated team of five directors and supported by around 30 staff. Over the years, it has cultivated deep expertise in serving SMEs, high-net-worth individuals

• Prepare statutory accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns for a diverse portfolio of clients (SMEs, landowners, HNWIs).
• Provide tax advisory and compliance support tailored to rural property owners and professional services.
• Contribute to financial planning and investment advisory projects.
• Collaborate with directors to deliver high-touch, partner-level service—each client enjoys direct access to leadership.
• Mentor junior staff where applicable, empowering them through hands‑on development.
• Maintain strong client relationships rooted in personal service and local understanding.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) with practice experience.
• Experience with in the agriculture and rural sectors preferred.
• Strong technical competency in accounting, tax compliance, and planning.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-centered mindset.
• Comfortable operating in a close‑knit, flexible environment with direct involvement in client services.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to both client care and practice growth.
