Full-time | Monday-Friday | Office-based

Related Fluid Power is a market leader in the design, development, manufacture, and supply of hydraulic controls and mini power packs to globally recognised OEMs. As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our busy team at our Cuparmuir facility in Cupar, Fife. We're looking for an organised, proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to keep everything moving — from purchase orders and supplier management to stock control and logistics.

• Raise, update and track POs
• Chase confirmations and resolve any discrepancies
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times and pricing

• Keep systems accurate and up to date (Business Central/NAV)
• Record stock adjustments and maintain reliable inventory levels

• Arrange shipments and liaise with carriers/forwarders
• Check customs/shipping documentation and track deliveries
• Manage urgent or time‑critical requests

• Process rejects and returns
• Coordinate replacements and maintain accurate registers

• Support internal departments with materials, tooling and design requests
• Keep all daily, weekly and monthly supply chain trackers updated
• Provide cover across procurement and stores when required

• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Confident communicator who can hold suppliers accountable
• Solid Microsoft Office skills; ERP experience (BC/NAV) ideal
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement (preferred)

• Mon‑Thu: 8:30am‑5pm (30‑min lunch)
• Fri: 8:30am‑2pm
