Production Team Leader
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (DOE)
Hours:
40 hours per week, rotating shifts (Days & Backshift)
We're looking for a motivated Team Leader to support daily operations in our fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. You'll lead a diverse team, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and with a positive team spirit.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and support your team to meet production and quality goals.
- Plan and allocate staff according to workload and priorities.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and encourage development.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety.
- Promote teamwork, respect, and inclusion across all nationalities and skill levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.
- Confident, hands‑on leader with strong people skills.
- Organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable leading a multicultural team and promoting a positive workplace.
40 hours per week, rotating shifts, Days and Backshift.
Every second weekend off.
Salary: £32,000-£36,000 (depending on experience)
