This position is with a medium sized organisation operating within the retail and manufacturing industry. The company is known for its focus on delivering quality services and maintaining a structured and professional approach to its operations.

• Manage and oversee the rebate process to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and review financial reports to support decision-making within the accounting and finance department.
• Own the monthly and quarterly reconciliation of rebate accruals and payments, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of rebate transactions and financial documentation..
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff within the department as needed.

• A strong background in accounting and finance, particularly within the retail or manufacturing industry.
• ACA, ACCA or equivalent
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage rebate processes effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
