Position: Service Co-ordinator (Permanent)
Service Co-ordinator | Cwmbran, South Wales | Full Time | £28,000-£32,000 per annum

We’re now looking for a dedicated and organised Service Co-ordinator to join our team in Cwmbran. You’ll be instrumental in planning and coordinating maintenance activities, supporting technicians, and ensuring our customers receive the outstanding service they expect from Fitzgerald Plant Services.

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience in service coordination, fleet management, or engineering support
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A structured, fair, and collaborative approach to leadership
Knowledge of maintenance planning, compliance, and job closure processes
Proficiency in Syrinx, Excel, and scheduling systems (or the ability to learn quickly)
A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
What will your role look like?

As Service Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the Key Accounts team, ensuring our maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will:

Manage and schedule planned and reactive maintenance activities
Allocate technicians, tools, and parts to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
Act as the main point of contact for key customers, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships
Oversee compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records in Syrinx
Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement
Support and mentor technicians, apprentices, and support staff to maintain high team performance
