We are looking to recruit a Marketing Specialist to join our clients expanding multi-business group which covers Financial Services, Estate Planning, Storage & Removals.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company marketing strategy for innovation and growth. You will develop and executes strategies to promote the groups products or services, build brand awareness, and drive revenue. To act as an outsourced expert, covering a range of services including strategic planning, digital marketing (like SEO and social media), content creation, advertising, and public relations.

To the help businesses reach their target audience, measure results, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

As our Marketing Specialist, you will work directly with the Group Director to:

* Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple business sectors.

* Manage and grow social media presence across all platforms.

* Leverage AI tools and cutting-edge marketing technology to enhance performance and creativity.

* Create and manage content that engages, informs, and converts.

* Support branding, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.

* Contribute to video production, from concept to editing to bring all brands to life.

* Help build and shape an internal marketing agency within the group, with a view to leading your own team in the near future.

Experience and skills

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive, can-do attitude.

* Experienced in marketing, ideally across multiple industries or B2C sectors.

* Forward-thinking, with a passion for innovation, AI, and emerging marketing trends.

* Confident with social media strategy, content creation, and analytics.

* Creative, with a good eye for storytelling and visual communication.

* Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects at once.

* Video-savvy comfortable with producing or directing video content.

Skills and experience that will help:

* A strong understanding of advertisement budgeting and ROI

· Copy, headlines and campaign skills that drive customers and not just brand awareness

* Excellent copywriting and messaging skills

* Proven experience in direct response marketing
