* Pay Rates are as follows:
Hourly Rate - Monday to Saturday £14.44 Overtime rate is £17.31 and an enhanced rate of £17.89 on Sundays and Bank holidays
* Minimum annual earnings of £27,2782.56 based on a minimum guaranteed 37 hours per week at £14.44 per hour
