Senior Trust & Company Administrator

Join a dynamic team delivering tailored fiduciary services to private clients across multiple jurisdictions. This role offers responsibility, variety and the opportunity to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Administering a portfolio of trust and company structures.
• Preparing statutory documentation including minutes, agreements and trust instruments.
• Liaising with clients, intermediaries and external institutions.
• Processing payments, distributions and investment transactions.
• Supporting the purchase and sale of assets including property and investments.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all investments are up to date.
• Ensuring client due diligence documentation is complete and current.
• Preparing client reports and supporting ongoing client servicing.
• Assisting with bookkeeping and general administrative tasks.
• Supporting team objectives and undertaking additional duties as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within trust and company administration and hold, or be working towards, a STEP or ICSA qualification. They will demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads independently and meet deadlines. A proactive, team-focused approach and a willingness to adapt to changing regulatory requirements are essential.
