Location Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Administering and managing a portfolio of trusts and companies, including cash management, payments, exercising discretionary powers, and maintaining statutory records.
  • Monitoring investment portfolios in line with internal policies and procedures.
  • Acting as primary or back-up relationship manager, seeking opportunities to enhance client relationships.
  • Preparing for and attending client meetings, ensuring follow-up on action points.
  • Delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and training.
  • Ensuring timely invoicing, recording of chargeable time, and monitoring aged debtors.
  • Maintaining CDD and filing suspicious transaction reports in line with AML/CFT requirements.
  • Liaising with colleagues and other groups to ensure timely delivery of client data.
  • Staying up to date with the regulatory environment and ensuring compliance review actions are completed.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 5 years  relevant trust experience and be in the final stages of a professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA. Strong knowledge of offshore trust and company administration is essential, along with excellent organisational, communication, and client relationship skills. The ability to prioritise, maintain accuracy under pressure, and adapt to the needs of the business is key.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level is required, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
