Senior Fund Accountant

• Serving as the main contact for clients, auditors, and third parties.
• Managing a portfolio of venture capital funds, ensuring all deadlines are met and handling tasks such as bank reconciliations and bookkeeping.
• Keeping financial records accurate and up-to-date.
• Preparing various financial calculations and notices.
• Addressing investor and client queries, and reviewing responses prepared by junior team members.
• Ensuring all regulatory and statutory filings for the funds are completed and that necessary documents are prepared for Board Meetings.
• Providing information to tax advisors for annual tax reporting for investors.
• Reviewing and overseeing tasks performed by junior fund accounting team members.
