FTC Systems Analyst​/Programmer - Risk & Operations

This role offers the opportunity to join the our clients' division as a Systems Analyst/Programmer. It combines analysis, design, and development with the maintenance of core systems, contributing directly to the delivery of regulatory objectives. This is a fixed-term temporary position, operating until the end of 2027.

• Designing, developing, and implementing systems in line with project requirements.
• Working with end users, business analysts, and project managers on specifications and options.
• Supporting SharePoint and CRM upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Maintaining in-house systems and developing lifecycle documentation.
• Collaborating with colleagues across IT to deliver robust solutions.
• Staying current with emerging tools and platforms, such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and AI development tools.
• Supporting the training and development of junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have software development experience and an understanding of Agile methodologies. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Dev Ops, Python, UML, SQL Server, or Azure Services would be advantageous, as would experience with Dynamics 365 CRM or SharePoint development. They will demonstrate initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
