FTC Digital Marketing Manager

If you enjoy combining creativity with analytics, this role gives you the chance to influence website performance, SEO direction and campaign delivery within a collaborative marketing team. This six-month contract position is ideal for someone who loves shaping digital experiences, driving engagement, and ensuring online content performs at its best!

• Overseeing day-to-day website management, ensuring content, tracking and structure remain accurate.
• Implementing SEO activity and monitoring rankings and keyword performance.
• Supporting digital and eMarketing campaigns.
• Managing digital marketing tools and platforms securely and efficiently.
• Monitoring performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights.
• Supporting brand consistency across all online channels.
• Contributing to competitor and market analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with governance, copyright and regulatory requirements.
• Providing day‑to‑day support and guidance to the Marketing & Communications Assistant.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years' digital marketing experience, ideally within financial or professional services. They will have strong SEO knowledge, confidence with CMS and analytics platforms, and the ability to interpret data into meaningful actions. Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail are key, along with a proactive, solutions‑driven approach.
