Transformation Officer

This role offers the opportunity to support business-wide transformation, helping teams improve how they work through smarter processes, data and technology. If you enjoy working with data, systems, and emerging technology to drive practical change across an organisation- this could be the ideal position for you!

• Supporting transformation and improvement initiatives across teams.
• Managing and improving data processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Analysing and presenting data to support decision-making.
• Assisting with IT-related tasks, systems and application registers.
• Supporting project planning, coordination and delivery activities.
• Helping teams adopt new processes, systems and technologies.
• Providing guidance and support to colleagues where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have experience or strong interest in business transformation, data or technology-enabled change. They will be organised, proactive and comfortable working across teams. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities are essential. Experience with data tools such as Power BI is desirable but not essential, and relevant professional study or CPD is welcomed.
