Overview

Duties

Assessing and underwriting risks within agreed authority levels.
Supporting the delivery of team financial targets and annual budgets.
Building and maintaining broker relationships and resolving day-to-day queries.
Developing a pipeline of new business and securing deals in line with objectives.
Reviewing client portfolios and monitoring underwriting performance.
Leading or participating in one-off projects as needed.
Contributing to continuous improvement and process efficiency.
Supporting the development of junior team members.
