Thispositionofferstheopportunitytofocusoneither New Product Development (NPD) or Process Development ,dependingonyourskillsandcareergoals. Aboutthe Role Aspartofthe Development team,youwillsupportthecreationandoptimisationofambientfoodproducts,ensuringtheymeetcustomerexpectations,deliveronquality,andarecommerciallyviable.
Youllworkcloselywithcolleaguesacross Technical,Operations,and Commercial,contributingtobothproductinnovationandprocessimprovement.
Key Responsibilities Workfromprojectbriefstodevelopnewambientfoodconceptsorimproveexistingrecipesandprocesses. Translatecustomerinsightsandmarkettrendsintoproductsthatalignwithbrandvalues,budgets,andlaunchtimescales. Prepareandpresentsamplesforinternalandexternaltastepanels. Supportproductlaunchesfromconceptthroughtofactorytrialsandfullproduction. Maintainaccuratedocumentationandensurecompliancewithtechnicalandqualitystandardsthroughoutdevelopment. Assistinrationalisationprojectstostreamlinerawmaterials,improve efficiency,andreducecosts. Buildstrongrelationshipswithcustomersandinternalstakeholderstoensuresmoothprojectdelivery. Contributetocontinuousimprovementbyidentifyingopportunitiesforinnovationandprocessoptimisation. About You Passionforfood,withagenuineinterestinnewproductdevelopmentand/ormanufacturingprocesses. AFoodScience,Food Technology,orrelatedqualification Experienceinadevelopmentortechnical/developmentrolewithinfoodmanufacturing Strongorganisationalandcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytohandlemultipleprojectsatonce. Practical,hands-on approach,comfortableworkinginbothkitchenandfactoryenvironments. Thisisafantasticopportunitytogainbroadexposureacrossboth newproductcreation and process development withinagrowingandinnovativeambientfoodbusiness.
