Client’s HR Reporting & Analytics team needs a Workday reporting expert to help turn a sprawling reporting environment into a governed, self-service analytics experience.
Location:
Remote (US) | Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CT (flexible for ET time zones)
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday reporting solutions.
- Create calculated fields and complex reporting logic to meet business requirements.
- Design and build Workday Dashboards and Discovery Boards that provide actionable insights for HR leaders and business partners.
- Consolidate reports into standardized enterprise solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
- Experience creating and maintaining Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets.
- Strong understanding of Workday security and data access models.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
- Workday Reporting Certification
- Exposure to Power BI, data visualization
- Experience supporting report consolidation or reporting governance initiatives
