Lead a small team of transcribers or annotators: train them, check their work and keep quality and pace on target.
What you will do- Onboard and train new team members on project guidelines
- Review samples of each person's work and give feedback
- Answer guideline questions and escalat
- Report daily progress and quality to the project manager
- Experience leading a team in annotation, transcription, publishing or similar
- Strong reviewing skills in the project language
- Clear, patient communication
- Reliable availability during agreed hours
- Remote, hourly or per-task contract (independent contractor)
- Part-time, flexible: 10–40 hrs/week
- Remote
