Texas Health Resources, Inc. Heart & Vascular Specialists is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our full-time team in Flower Mound, TX. Shift: Days, 40 hours weekly, Mon-Thu 8:00am–5:00pm, Fri 8:00am–2:00pm.
Travel up to 50% to surrounding clinics with mileage reimbursement. You will provide LVN care, collect data, prepare injections, document in the medical record, and participate in care teams.
