PART-TIME ATELIER SALES ASSOCIATE

Recently named by House Beautiful as one of “The Best Home Stores in America,” Anyon Atelier is seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and design-minded Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Dallas location.

We are looking for someone with design and/or high-end retail experience who has a passion for exceptional customer service, beautiful interiors, and sharing the stories behind the unique artists and artisans featured in our curated collection of art, furniture, and accessories.

This is a part-time position, approximately 10–15 hours per week, with a preferred schedule of 2–3 days per week from 12:00–5:00 PM CST. Scheduling flexibility is available.

• Engage with customers and provide a curated, personalized shopping experience
• Learn and share in-depth product knowledge and custom options
• Partner with Atelier Director on merchandising and styling of the store
• Work with Shopify POS system
• Assist with merchandising and developing/maintaining an appealing appearance of the gallery
• Complete opening/closing procedures
• Manage incoming inventory, and facilitate shipping of customer purchases
• Assist with social media-related tasks including design, content, and publishing of posts
• Support /collaborate with the Anyon Interior Design team

• Personable, outgoing personality who enjoys connecting with customers about products
• A passion for design and a keen eye for luxury and style
• Prior retail or showroom experience
• Knowledge and/or interest in home decor, furnishings, and art
• Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and service-oriented, with a commitment to follow-through
• Strong communication skills ~ email, phone & in-person
• Comfortable managing the gallery independently and working as part of a team
• A collaborative, flexible attitude ~ willingness to help with the varied tasks of running a small business

Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours per week, 2–3 days per week. Preferred hours are 12:00–5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on availability and business needs.
