- Build tailored working agents for prospects and existing customers
- Engage CX, IT, security, procurement, and executive stakeholders
- Lead the end-to-end technical pre-sales process
- Scope customer use cases and articulate business value
- Design and demonstrate the platform
- Lead technical and architecture reviews
- Serve as the trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle
- Mentor newer sales engineers and create reusable industry assets
- Support accounts through handoff, launch, and expansion
- Develop industry expertise, patterns, and scalable sales motions
- 4–6+ Years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales
- Experience leading sales processes with large enterprise customers and $500K–$1M deals
- Experience building and presenting demos and working with customers or clients in GTM
- Experience building relationships with prospects, executives, and technical leaders
- Ability to connect business problems to solutions for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to use AI tools for discovery preparation, solution design, demos, prototypes, and technical proposals
- Experience growing accounts beyond the initial sale
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience translating code, technical logic, and user requirements into product and engineering requirements
- Experience selling a technical AI product
