Senior Data Architect

Senior AI Architect | Remote | Latin America

I’m working with a major US software company seeking a Senior AI / Data Engineer with strong architecture experience to join its growing data and AI team.

The role combines hands-on AI agent development with enterprise integrations across Snowflake and Microsoft’s ecosystem. You’ll own solutions from architecture through delivery, working directly with senior US technology stakeholders to turn business objectives into practical AI applications.

• Design, build and support AI agents that interact with enterprise data, tools and services.
• Develop Microsoft Graph integrations and MCP servers to connect AI agents with business systems.
• Build data integrations and workflows using Python, SQL, Snowflake and Microsoft Azure.
• Implement secure authentication and access controls using Microsoft Entra , OAuth and SSO.
• Take ownership of architectural decisions, explaining technical trade-offs, security considerations and risks to senior stakeholders.

• Recent, hands-on experience designing and building AI agents, including projects delivered within the past 12 months.
• Strong Python and SQL development skills, supported by a solid data engineering background.
• Practical experience with Snowflake and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, MCP servers and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of authentication, permissions and secure access to enterprise systems.
• Ability to independently translate business objectives into working technical solutions.
• Professional English and confidence presenting architectural decisions to senior US technology leaders.
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry is beneficial. AWS Glue and Apache Iceberg experience would be an additional advantage.

• Fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Latin America.
