You will play a pivotal role in the early design phases of projects, ensuring that landscape elements align with project goals, sustainability standards, and client requirements.

    • Coordinate with engineers, architects, urban planners, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs into larger project frameworks.
    • Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed landscape plans that align with the project's objectives, sustainability goals, and local regulations.
    • Ensure that the landscape design supports environmental, social, and economic sustainability standards.
    • Provide technical guidance on the design and implementation of landscape projects, including material selection, planting plans, water management, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Project Management:

    • Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including scope of work and design specifications.
  • Design Integration:
    • Collaborate with other technical teams (civil, structural, mechanical, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of landscape design with overall project requirements.
    • Work with the sustainability team to incorporate green infrastructure, stormwater management systems, and other eco-friendly design elements.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and site analysis, including the assessment of environmental conditions and constraints.
  • Client Liaison:
    • Work closely with clients to understand project vision, goals, and constraints.
    • Present landscape design concepts and updates to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into design iterations.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Produce high-quality design reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and environmental laws in all landscape designs.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate project files, including records of design iterations, approvals, and client communications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a strong focus on FEED development and design.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, such as urban developments, industrial parks, mixed-use developments, and public spaces.
  • Proficiency in landscape design software (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS, etc.) and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices, environmental impact assessments, and green infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively within a team environment.
  • Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) or equivalent certification preferred.
