Furthermore, it has recently joined a larger engineering services group, prioritizing value-added construction services, and has successfully completed over SR 3 billion worth of construction across 60 projects, emphasizing strong customer relationships and outstanding performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
• Identify resource requirements, including labor, materials, and equipment, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, track critical path activities, and analyze deviations from the planned schedule. Implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Identify potential project risks and delays, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely reporting to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the cost control team to integrate project cost data with the project schedule for comprehensive project control.
• Assess the impact of scope changes and variations on project schedules and update plans accordingly.
• Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for management and clients.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective coordination and alignment of project activities.
• Implement best practices in project planning and scheduling to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong background in construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 software is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
