They now have a need for a Project Director to work on a Design-Build project for a water transmission line in excess of 100 Km in length and a water treatment plant. The project is located in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

• Complete Profit and Loss responsibility for the project.
• Manage the process of design and procurement in collaboration with head office teams and execution by directing own and subcontractor resources.
• Produce regular value, cost and progress management reports.

• At least 20 years of experience in contracting out of which 5 years should be in a position of similar responsibility for an infrastructure project valued above 100 Million USD.
• Minimum Academic
  
  Qualifications:
  
  B.Sc in Civil engineering from a recognized academic institution.
• Excellent command of English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage. Ability to express himself fluently and coherently is highly valued.
• Ability to demonstrate command of FIDIC conditions of contract.
• Ability to demonstrate familiarity with basic estimating and cost control processes in the construction of infrastructure projects.
