Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Produce detailed shop drawings for steel fabrication tanks, pressure vessels, and pipe spools, adhering to API and ASME standards and Aramco requirements.
• Review all documents and specifications related to design and fabrication.
• Prepare the design calculations and materials request as per international standards like API, ASME, etc.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and fabrication details for factory work orders.
• Collaborate with the Factory Manager on equipment selection and process optimization for factory operations.
• Liaise with Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth design implementation and integration.
• Conduct design checks, certifications, and technical feasibility studies for new projects and expansions.
• Communicate with HQ to resolve technical issues related to factory designs and processes.
• Provide technical guidance in steel and piping fabrication as per international standards guideline.
• Research and develop innovative fabrication techniques to improve efficiency in the factory setting.
• Perform other duties related to steel fabrication and ASME design as assigned by the Factory Manager.
• Enhancing the plan for the Factory's sustainability and reducing carbon footprint.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in steel fabrication and ASME design.

• Implement QHSE policies and ISO procedures.
• Follow safe rules and coach colleagues.
• Follow road traffic rules while commuting.
• Responsible towards Veolia's sustainable development commitments.
• Read safety moments/alerts shared by HSE team.
• Before visiting sites, inform safety team for induction and prepare LMRA and PPE.
• Maintain office safety and cleanliness.
• Report to HR/HSE if facing stress, fatigue, harassment, or bullying.

• Comply with applicable ethics and legislation in Veolia Code of Conduct policy, especially in fight against corruption.
