Field Specialist - Artificial Lift

• Perform installation and pulling of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems for onshore and offshore oil and water wells.
• Set up and start up Centrilift Motor Controllers and VSDs to ensure reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot surface and down hole ESP equipment to monitor production, maximize well productivity and improve run life.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed to ensure documentation is updated.
• Provide on the job training to team members.
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements and our Core Values.

• Two year technical degree (preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) and solid experience as an Artificial Lift Field Specialist.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Artificial Lift - ESP.
• Good attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proactive, flexible and self starter.
• Customer focused mindset with ability to build relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
