We are looking for highly motivated go-getters to join our team for the following role:

Function: Research & Development

Reporting to: Technical Manager

• Lead research and development activities in REDA laboratories and workshop to evaluate product performance, enhance efficiency, and develop new formulations.
• Conduct testing and reporting of various water samples from clients internally and externally according to the requirements.
• Prepare studies and technical reports of R&D projects and research interests.
• Coordinate with other REDA departments to ensure best-in-class services and support service teams during their visits to ensure delivering correct results.
• Conduct and attend meetings; prepare periodical reports as required and perform any other work-related duties as requested by his/her manager and comply with REDA policies.
• Ability to travel inside Saudi Arabia and conduct sampling collection, analysis, training when required. Support emergency calls from clients 24/7.
• Conduct technical training to our teams and clients in chemistry and water-related fields.
• Ensure proper follow-ups of projects and submit correct documents. Ensure implementing all HSE policies according to REDA procedures and international standards.

• B.Sc. or MS in Chemistry
• Saudi, or Residents with transferable Iqamah
• English is a must, and Arabic is an advantage
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
• Ability to prepare and conduct training

• 3-5 years of Experience in Chemical Laboratories
• R&D Experience (recommended)
• Water Treatment Chemicals (recommended)
