Wireline Supervisor – Oilfield Services

Experience:

5 years in wireline operations

Responsible for supervising and executing wireline operations at well sites, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and HSE policies. The role involves managing crews, coordinating with clients, and delivering high-quality services in challenging environments.

• Plan, organize, and oversee wireline operations for open-hole and cased-hole services.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
• Manage and train wireline crews to maintain efficiency and competency.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for job planning and execution.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical guidance on-site.
• Maintain accurate job reports and documentation for service quality.

• Minimum 5 years of wireline experience with major oilfield service companies.
• Strong knowledge of wireline tools, logging techniques, and wellsite operations.
• Familiarity with Middle East oilfield practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
