Automation Technician

• 1.Reduce the meantime of repair (MTTR) in the production lines,
• 2.Analyze and report any anomalies, with the possibility of completing notifications M1, M2, and M3 in the PM (SAP) system and confirm orders;
• 3.Carry out the inspection or predictive route, when planned and requested by the planner;
• 4.Develop, along with the supervisor and the Maintenance Engineering department, tools to speed up the Maintenance services;
• 5.Comply with the Kanban planning, updating it according to the standard;
• 6.To perform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitor automated systems, isolate problems, and perform repairs.
• 7.Basic Program, test and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, Industrial Control systems.
• 8.Be able to apply automation skills along with related knowledge in electrical, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, Hydraulic issue, and the ability to upload and download programs, troubleshoot basic circuit and programs in control systems, Inverters, drives, and Scada.
• 9.Ensure, create, and maintain all technical documentation.
• 10.Prepare in-house training documents; reports, for electrical teams, etc.
• 11.Supports electrical repair, troubleshooting, and operation of HV and LV equipment's.
• 12.Create and maintain backup of programs, controllers, drives, etc.
• 13.Follow Root cause analysis and maintain the history of failures.

• • 2 - 3 year Diploma in Automation Technology / Electrical Engineering or any related areas.
• • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Industrial Automation field in Food / FMCG / Pharmaceutical industry

English:
Business proficiency

• • Experience in Industrial Automation of equipment in Food / FMCG / Pharma industry
• • Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, etc.
• • Able to repair and perform Preventive Maintenance as per established standards
• • Ability to read technical, Engineering or other related drawings,
• • Basic Knowledge in Hard ware, software, programming and Industrial network.
• • Technical skill of trouble shooting electrical and Automation issues.

• Knowledge of SAP in PM module

• Maintaining programmed backups of PLCs, HMIs Instruments etc. and maintain database.
• Ensure standards and controls are maintained at high quality
• Comply with safety guidelines and procedures. (HSE)
• Adhere to Corrective, Preventive and scheduled maintenance
• Co-ordinate with Maintenance team for all continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure proper handling of chemical products
• Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
• Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
• Ensure the 5S compliance within the workplace.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedure related to the scope of the job.
