What is Candlelight?

Since July 2019, Fever Originals has produced a series of classical music concerts in a “candlelit setting” in intimate, undiscovered venues worldwide. Cities include France (Paris, Toulouse, Lyon), Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Valencia), Portugal (Lisbon, Porto), and the United States (Los Angeles, New York, Chicago) and we are expanding to new cities. Candlelight has democratized classical music by sharing it with the general public and providing a unique experience for each audience.

Currently, Candlelight concerts are present in over 300 cities worldwide.

About

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical‑thinking event manager/producer to support our Project Manager and ensure that high‑quality experiences are delivered. This person will serve as the point of contact on the production side of projects, be responsible for third parties involved in execution, development, and production of the creative deliverables, and act as onsite event manager for some Candlelight concerts in Dammam, KSA
. This is an indefinite, part‑time freelance contract requiring weekend availability.

You Will:
  • Manage several aspects of event productions (pre‑production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post‑event wrap‑up)
  • Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables
  • Ensure each staff member is trained in their duties (ticket validation, guest seating, candle setup, etc.)
  • Manage inventory and track supplies for venues, printing needs, and guest lists
  • Report weekly to Fever Originals Project Managers on status, pre‑ and post‑event findings and feedback
  • Assist with evaluating and executing walk‑throughs of potential venues
  • Manage multiple productions and help scale various Fever Original IPs against team targets
  • Handle budgets of different scales
  • Research new vendors, technologies, and experiences
  • Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements
  • Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts
  • Domestic travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications

You have a track record of successfully producing events with strong data analysis, oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, pride yourself on flexibility, detail orientation, and analytical mindset. The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. Candidates should be passionate about the entertainment/events industry, comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, exceptionally detail‑oriented, and able to think bigger about how we create compelling experiences.

  • 3+ years of experience in the event production industry
  • 3+ years of experience in event management
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (other languages a plus)
  • Experience leading an onsite team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and integrate multiple aspects of an event efficiently
  • Strong network of vendors and venues
