Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute CPX's affiliate and coupon go-to-market strategies.

• Set ambitious growth targets and own the full P&L.

• Position CPX as a flagship business unit within ITCAN, with the potential to evolve into a CEO-type leadership path.

Affiliate Growth & Revenue Ops

• Scale our affiliate publisher and advertiser network from acquisition to retention.

• Design high-converting funnels for performance campaigns (coupon, cashback, loyalty).

• Oversee commission structures, campaign tracking, fraud prevention, and conversion optimization.

Strategic Partnerships

• Expand CPX's footprint using deep knowledge of adtech, affiliate platforms, and performance media.

• Explore regional and global affiliate expansion anchored in Saudi consumer behavior.

Leadership & Team Building

• Recruit, train, and mentor affiliate managers, account managers, and growth marketers.

• Create scalable onboarding systems for publishers, advertisers, and partners.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, experimentation, and high performance.

• 8-12+ years in affiliate marketing, performance media, growth, or strategy roles.

• Proven success in scaling consumer tech, fintech, loyalty, or e-commerce in KSA.

• Track record of owning P&Ls, leading go-to-market strategies, and scaling teams.

• Comfortable with affiliate tracking platforms, fraud tools, attribution models, and web analytics.

• Ex-Consultant turned Operator - Structured problem-solver with hands-on experience.

• Scale-up Veteran - Worked in or helped build top KSA brands

• Adtech/Affiliate Native - You know how networks, campaigns, and funnels really work.

• Builder Mindset - You thrive in ambiguity and love launching new initiatives.

• Hands-On Leader - You lead from the front, know your metrics, and obsess over growth levers.
