A leading global construction firm in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is searching for a proactive IT professional to serve as both the On-Site Coordinator and Area Helpdesk Coordinator. The successful candidate will manage IT incidents, ensure service delivery excellence, and drive continuous improvement across support functions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field and over 5 years of IT support experience, including some in a leadership role.

This position also requires strong technical and communication skills in Arabic and English.
