Identity Security Consultant (8+ Years Experience)

Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and solution architect for identity and access security systems under the Digital Identity Tower. This role provides end-to-end architectural leadership across privileged access, directory federation, and authentication frameworks to support secure, scalable, and compliant identity ecosystems.

• Define and own the architecture of enterprise identity, access, and privilege management systems across hybrid environments.
• Architect integration strategies between PAM, IAM, and federation services (e.g., Nokia NIAM, Microsoft AD, Red Hat SSO, Cyber Ark, Okta, Forge Rock).
• Lead identity lifecycle governance, policy definition, and zero‑trust alignment initiatives.
• Provide design authority and validation for authentication, authorization, and directory synchronization mechanisms.
• Oversee role‑based access control (RBAC) and least‑privilege enforcement across enterprise domains.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to evaluate new identity technologies and implement proof‑of‑concepts.
• Ensure compliance with NCA, CST, and ISO 27001 frameworks in identity security implementations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex identity or privilege‑related incidents and audits.
• Mentor teams and develop capability maturity frameworks for the identity function.

8×5 operational coverage (morning and evening shifts) with on‑call for P1 and P2 incidents.

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in IAM, PAM, directory architecture, or identity security consulting.
• Deep expertise in authentication frameworks, SSO, federation, and identity lifecycle governance.

• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
• Microsoft Certified:
  Identity and Access Administrator Expert.
• Red Hat Certified Architect in Identity Management or SSO.
• Cyber Ark Guardian, Okta Certified Consultant, or Forge Rock Identity Architect.
• Cloud Identity certifications (AWS Identity Specialty, Azure AD Expert) preferred.

Reports to Digital Identity Tower Lead.
