We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Manager-IT to join our dynamic Client. The Technology Manager will be responsible for developing IT policies and procedures, managing IT projects, and ensuring the security and integrity of our information systems. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with various departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the IT department, providing direction and support to team members to ensure high performance and productivity.

Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Oversee the management of IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Ensure the security of the organization's IT infrastructure by implementing robust security measures and protocols.

Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and deliver tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the best technology solutions are available.

Conduct regular assessments of technology systems and infrastructure, recommending improvements as necessary.

Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.

Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and systems to enhance their productivity.

A commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.

Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or similar are highly desirable.
