Senior Product Designer; UX​/UI

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the digital user experience across Autobia’s products. The role focuses on designing clear, efficient digital workflows that help users complete their tasks while supporting business and data requirements.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to shape solution flows and work hand‑in‑hand with Engineering to ensure high‑quality execution.

• Design end‑to‑end digital workflows and user journeys across Autobia’s products
• Collaborate with Product Management to define and refine solution flows
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, usable experiences
• Ensure customers can complete key tasks efficiently while capturing required business data
• Design for real operational constraints such as speed, accuracy, and edge cases

• Create and maintain a design system usable by engineering
• Define reusable components, patterns, and interaction guidelines
• Ensure visual and interaction consistency across products
• Partner with engineers to ensure designs are practical and scalable

• Develop a strong understanding of Autobia’s customers (merchants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders) through user research (interviews, usability tests, contextual inquiry)
• Incorporate customer feedback and operational insights into design decisions
• Balance usability with business goals and operational needs

• Work closely with Product Managers on problem framing and solution design
• Partner with Engineering throughout delivery to ensure design intent is preserved
• Collaborate with Customer Success to improve user clarity, adoption, and outcomes

• Own design quality from concept to release
• Clearly document user flows, states, and edge cases
• Continuously improve experiences based on feedback and real usage
• Validate design decisions through testing before handoff

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable workflows
• Hands‑on experience creating and maintaining design systems
• Strong collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear user flows
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma)
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is a MUST (Arabic is the main interface language).
