We are looking for an IT specialist “Saudi National” To be responsible for Providing onsite and remote support to the end user.
Key Duties- Provide onsite and remote support to the end user.
- Log and track support tickets and incidents.
- Maintain best practices in IT operations and service desk, like incidents, problems, and access management.
- Follow up with incidents and issues until user’s satisfaction.
- Build and administrate IT knowledge-based library.
- Patch servers and update operating systems and applications.
- Maintain IP telephones, CCTV camera and access control systems.
- Prepare and submit incidents reports to direct manager.
- Managing user accounts as per internal onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Work together with applications team to provide necessary support to business applications and investigate operational problems.
- Maintain IT assets and inventory.
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- 3+ years' experience in IT operations and service desk.
- Experience with Microsoft servers, SQL servers and active directory.
- Full knowledge in cisco networks and firewalls.
- Good knowledge in Office
365 and Azure portal.
