We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in IT, software development, ERP, CRM, digital transformation, or system implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, clarify, and analyze business requirements with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, BRDs and FRDs
- Coordinate with developers, technical teams, vendors, and end users
- Support system implementation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Track requirements, change requests, issues, and project milestones
- Support user training and post-go-live functional support
- 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role
- Must have a background in IT, software, digital transformation, ERP/CRM, or system implementation
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, and UAT
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills
- Experience with Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, ERP, CRM, or HRMS is preferred
- Candidates based in Dammam or willing to relocate are preferred
