QC Inspector

Job Title: QC Inspector - Pipe Manufacturing
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pipe manufacturing.
• Engineering Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

• QC inspection and testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure only approved and QC-accepted raw materials are used in the manufacturing process.
• Ensure production processes comply with technical Know-How documents & Quality Assurance Procedures.
• Conduct refractive index checks of epoxy resin/hardener mix ratios to meet set requirements.
• Check and monitor ambient temperature and humidity during production.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Witness production processes and ensure relevant approved Raw Material Calculations and Machine Setups are followed to meet project requirements.
• Prepare detailed QC reports.
• Use measuring and testing equipment effectively to ensure quality standards.
• Inform non-conformances immediately to Machine Captains and concerned employees in Production and QC departments for corrective actions.
