Production Manager; Al-Othman Wood Industries - AWI

Oversees all production activities within the wood manufacturing facility, ensuring high-quality output, efficient utilization of materials, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. The role includes planning production schedules, managing workforce performance, controlling waste, and coordinating with maintenance and quality departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Oversee the entire production plant and departments, Develop factory procedures and plans.
• Preforms and reports KPI measures and standards, Prepare annual budget reports for production operations.
• Manage production capacity and resource planning in order to meet production demands and plans.
• Organize production meetings, production activities, work schedules, machine maintenance schedules and maintain budget and product quality.
• Manage all factory resources (manpower and machines).
• Ensure effective Supervision of labor during production, Control store assets and coordinate procurement.
• Ensure adherence to and implementation of workplace safety rules, standards and best practices.
• Analyze workforce requirements., Staff training in order to meet better requirements demanded by customers.
• Issue weekly and monthly production performance reports and update management and project team with production progress.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferred). A master’s degree is an advantage.
• 8+ years experience in wood production, furniture manufacturing, carpentry workshops, or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Technical knowledge of wood production processes

• Excellent Communication skills in both English and Arabic
