Security and Safety Supervisor

The Security and Safety Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the protection of company property, personnel, and assets while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards. This role manages a team of security officers and safety personnel to maintain a secure, safe, and orderly environment

• Ensure the facility is safe from all hazards & risk assessment of all DCs
• Zero repeated accidents
• Preparing Reports on CCTV monitoring and security guards
• Implementation plan for all requirements
• Periodic review to ensure implementation of all legislative requirements (License, civile defense, Municipality, SFDA etc.)
• Develop action plans to eliminate unsafe situations and behaviors
• Monitor the implementation of action plans on time
• Develop clear instructions of entrance and visit protocol
• Monitor the implementation of training on time, according to the training schedule, and issue a report on the implementation rate
• Monthly review the qualification schedule and develop a rehabilitation plan for department personnel
• Train and qualify all personnel with general safety instructions

• 3+ years of experience in security, safety, or risk management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• High school leads to a GED required, associate or bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Occupational Safety, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, Nebosh, ISO 45001) and security best practices
• Certified by the Occupational Safety and Health Program (Practitioner or professional)
• Security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) or Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30) are a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of security systems, safety regulations, and emergency procedures
• The ability to respond calmly and effectively to high-pressure situations
• Awareness of the concept of Process Reengineering
• Experience with security systems, CCTV, and access control technologies
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies
