, seeks a dynamic and efficient Fleet and Safety Coordinator to join our Logistics Team based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Job Objective:
Efficient scheduling of deliveries, proper routing of trucks, monitoring and reporting of the fleet management system.
- Develop efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
- Manage drivers to adhere to strict schedules.
- Register and license all vehicles under management.
- Find ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Comply with country laws and regulations.
- Schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and keep schedules.
- Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Analyze data to increase business operational efficiency.
- Utilize GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles.
- Take responsibility for efficient scheduling of deliveries and proper routing of trucks.
- Take telephone orders and other information related to delivery of products.
- Update and monitor driver location.
- Send daily and weekly reports.
- Guide drivers for offloading to port and assist with required documents.
- Process registration for trucks/trailers and follow up with government authorities.
- Schedule repairs and maintenance of trucks and other company equipment.
- Assist in taking scheduled inventories, set‑up and maintain all driver files.
- Follow company policies, procedures and recommend lease extensions.
- Maintain technical and computer skills to effectively use distribution and office software.
- Other duties as assigned by the transport manager.
- QHSE management & support.
- Ensure achievement of QRTS objectives.
- Ensure EPR programs are undertaken to prepare drivers to face RTS issues prior to dispatch.
- Participate in mock drills and trainings related to RTS.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis and implement corrective action as required.
- Receive purchase requisitions (PRs), check for correctness and transfer into purchase orders (POs).
- Carry out cancellation and amendments to POs.
- Organize and maintain computerized records for the FMS.
- Carry out system administration tasks as required for Oracle and the FMS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Safety.
- At least one year of fleet management experience of heavy‑duty trucks carrying hazardous materials within KSA and cross‑border.
- Minimum 2–3 years in the transportation industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
