As a DML Logistics Management Expert, you will target experienced logistics professionals with a strong background in supply chain management and customs documentation. You will engage in meaningful projects that involve coordinating complex import / export operations, ensuring compliance with KSA regulations, and facilitating smooth customs clearance for critical shipments. Your work will significantly impact the efficiency of logistics operations, enhancing collaboration with suppliers and partners, and ultimately supporting Siemens Energy's mission of delivering reliable energy solutions.

• Prepare documentation for Permanent and Temporary Import / Export of shipments across all transport modes.
• Communicate and guide suppliers on KSA Customs & SABER documentation requirements.
• Proactively coordinate with the Chamber of Commerce for document attestation.
• Manage logistics coordination with various interfaces, including accounts and customs clearing agents.
• Collaborate closely with PM, Warehouse, and Parts teams to ensure timely Repair & Return shipments.
• Develop and train subordinates to maximize performance and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business; relevant experience may substitute.
• Over 5 years of logistics experience in a service environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Logistics & SABER documentation processes for Import / Export.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate potential risks in logistics operations.
• Flexibility to accommodate coordination needs during late hours and weekends.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
