A leading Freight Forwarding Company is looking for a Shipping Operations Specialist with real experience in international freight forwarding ONLY
Responsibilities- Handle customers’ shipping orders and coordinate with overseas offices 🌐
- Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers 💰
- Prepare quotations including local services (Customs Clearance, Delivery, Storage) 📋
- Communicate with global offices (US & Far East) and arrange bookings ⏰
- Manage shipment files and upload invoices using in-house software 💻
- Handle issues and irregularities with vendors and customers 🤝
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in International Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong in MS Office (especially Outlook & Excel) 💡
- Sales & marketing driven personality 🚀
- Team player with good remote communication skills 🤗
