Job Purpose

The Material Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods within the Warehouse. This role ensures timely and accurate dispatching of materials to support production, customer deliveries, and overall warehouse efficiency in line with Sika's standards.

• Coordinate daily material dispatch activities in line with production and delivery schedules.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and staging of materials for internal use and customer shipments.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (delivery notes, invoices, shipping lists) in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor stock movements and collaborate with the warehouse team to avoid shortages or delays.
• Maintain real-time records of dispatched and received materials in SAP/ERP systems.
• Communicate with logistics providers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth loading and timely deliveries.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards during material handling and dispatching.
• Support inventory cycle counts and contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

• High school diploma or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 2-4 years' experience in warehouse dispatching, logistics, or materials handling.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP experience preferred).
• Familiarity with dispatch documentation and warehouse safety standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
