Warehouse Supervisor

Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia warehouse

Supervising warehouse operations efficiently, Inbound, Outbound, Put-away, Fulfilment, Barcode scanning function, Last-Miles deliveries, staff and daily activities.

Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

Good experience of warehouse storage arrangement, Slotting, ABC, FEFO, DG storage.

Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse inventory

Maintaining inventory levels, processes of inventory Audit

Hands-on experience and maintain warehouse KPI.

Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment. Delivery vans, Forklift, pallet trucks

Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers, Solving order discrepancies.

Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. HSE, IOSH, ISO

Minimum bachelor degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred

two years hands-on experience as a warehouse supervisor, Senior warehouse Coordinator or a similar management position

Good verbal and written communications

Excellent MS Excel working knowledge with formatting, function and formulas.

Hands-on knowledge with WMS software, Infor / JD Edward /Manhattan WMS / Oracle WMS / SAP MM or similar
